Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Install, repair, and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, drains, water lines, and other plumbing components.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on proper plumbing system maintenance and water conservation practices.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required to perform plumbing tasks safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience in residential service, repair, or installation preferred.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Plumbing license or certification preferred, where applicable.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
